This serie "City snaps" is a string of city moments, curiousities of everyday life, anomalies, things from a different angle or from within. The camera is the low tech piece of equipment on my cell phone with a polaroid filter added, to highlight the instant caching aspect of this format.
This also reinforce the nostalgic aspect of these moments, like beautiful sparkles that are already gone the very instant they happen...

Cette série "Fragments Urbains" est une suite de moments, curiosités du quotidien, d'anomalies, de points de vue différents ou du dedans. L'appareil est un équipement de basse qualité sur mon téléphone, avec en addition un traitement polaroid, pour souligner la notion d'instant volé que permet ce format. Cela renforce également la dimension nostalgique de ces petits instants, tels des étincelles qui s'éteignent à peine arrivées...
